I agree that the building will be left as found and any accidental damage will be reported immediately. *
All bookings require a safety deposit of £25 on top of the booking total, this will be returned once the building has been checked and no damage has been confirmed.

Please note that the kitchen and games room are not avaliable during private hires.
Payment

You will receive an invoice for the 50% deposit, this must be paid within 4 days of receiving the invoice. The remaining balance will be due 7 days prior to booking.
Refunds will only be provided if 14 days notice is given to cancel.
